WTFound is operated by IVY WORLD LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms apply to your use of WTFound. Contact bruce@harvard.design for account, order or service questions.
Your account
Use an email address or Google account you control and keep your account and delivery information accurate. Protect verification codes and sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Shopping and orders
Product availability, the applicable currency, price, shipping charges and any purchase conditions are shown before checkout. An order is paid only after the payment provider confirms payment. Delivery, cancellation, return and refund arrangements depend on the product offer and applicable consumer rights. Use your account support area or contact us for help with an order.
PayPal purchases
For merchandise orders paid through PayPal, the seller, payment recipient and party responsible for returns and refunds is 常春藤管理咨询（广州）有限公司 (Chang Chun Teng Guan Li Zi Xun (Guang Zhou) You Xian Gong Si), China. IVY WORLD LLC operates the WTFound platform. Contact legal@ivyevents.us or use order support for a PayPal purchase.
For Argentina orders paid through PayPal, the order is recorded in Argentine pesos (ARS) and the payment is charged in US dollars (USD). Before leaving WTFound, you see the order total, fixed USD charge and exchange rate and choose whether to continue. Your bank or PayPal may apply its own conversion charges. A full refund returns the original USD capture amount; currency conversion differences and non-refundable third-party fees depend on the payment provider and your bank.
Balance and referrals
Your account shows USD Balance separately from other campaign rewards. Eligible new customers receive the registration amount shown after completing verified registration. Shopping deductions are limited by the allowance shown for each product and reduce your remaining Balance; USD shopping deductions currently apply to the United States market. After at least one eligible referral-link visit is recorded, you can request a payout. The request reserves that amount for administrative review. Approval and payment are separate steps: a recorded visit does not guarantee approval or a completed transfer. Your account shows the outcome and any payment reference. Commissions and campaign rewards keep their own eligibility, spending limits and expiry. Confirmed refunds restore applicable shopping deductions; refunds or cancelled orders can reverse associated rewards.
Gifts and promotions
Each promotion has its own eligibility, reward, stock and participation conditions. Read the displayed rules before participating. Creating duplicate accounts or misleading referrals to obtain repeated rewards is not permitted. Welcome gifts are limited to one per eligible account and the batch inventory displayed by WTFound. Gift items and delivery are free; receipt depends on confirmed availability, a complete delivery address and the fulfillment process.
Shops and shared content
Only share content and product information you are entitled to use. Keep listings accurate and respectful. We may remove content or restrict activity that misuses the service, infringes others’ rights or interferes with account, payment or promotion security.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy explains how account and shopping information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the current version on this page. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
