Privacy policy
Updated October 21, 2026
WTFound is operated by IVY WORLD LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to bruce@harvard.design.
Information we use
We use your name, email, account identifier and, when provided, phone number and delivery address. We record orders, payment status, shopping credit, referrals, shop activity and support messages. If you request a Balance payout, we store the recipient details you provide, the review status and the payment reference; these details are accessible to you and authorized administrators. Searches, product views, favorites and cart activity help us personalize product discovery and understand demand. Referral-link visits are recorded with a browser identifier and hashed network signals to deduplicate visits and support review. Network and security signals, including hashed IP identifiers, also help limit repeated verification requests and misuse.
Signing in
Email sign-in sends a short-lived verification code to the address you provide. Google sign-in uses your Google account identifier, verified email and name to authenticate you and create your WTFound profile. Google sign-in information is used for account access and related account services. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Our hosting providers process information needed to run the site. When enabled, Resend delivers account emails, Google provides sign-in, and payment providers process checkout and refunds. Delivery and support partners receive information needed to fulfill your requests. Providers may process information outside your country. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.
For PayPal merchandise purchases, 常春藤管理咨询(广州)有限公司 (Chang Chun Teng Guan Li Zi Xun (Guang Zhou) You Xian Gong Si) in China receives the order, delivery and payment-status information needed to sell the goods, arrange delivery, provide support and handle refunds. PayPal processes the payment on its secure checkout; WTFound does not receive your PayPal password or full card details. Contact legal@ivyevents.us for questions about that seller's use of your order information.
Cookies and storage
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the sign-in process. Customer sessions expire after 30 days; signing out revokes the current session. Browser storage keeps cart, favorite, language and referral preferences. You can clear it in your browser settings.
Retention and your choices
Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. We retain account, transaction, support and security records while needed to provide services, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. You can request access, correction, account closure or deletion by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained after an account closes. Marketing choices are optional and can be withdrawn.
